Yesterday was the day we were all waiting for – the first day of summer 2015.  There was so much anticipation and excitement in the air as the campers finally arrived. The counselors and campers sang the welcome song and held up bunk signs as the buses rolled in through the Vega gates.

The girls arrived throughout the day, which was picture perfect.  The evening activity for Junior camp was searching for a place for their summer cookouts, while the Senior camp campers reviewed and finalized their activity schedules.  Everyone had a good time reuniting and bonding with their old and new new friends.

The first day was incredible and we can hardly wait for what the summer will bring.
