Join Camp Vega on #GivingTuesday

We are always looking for ways to give back to our communities with the Camp Vega family and live by the Vega Values.  During the summer girls have performed at a local senior living facility and shared letters from campers with the residents. Throughout the year we have come together for the MS Walk in NYC, various charity projects in LA, and Feeding Westchester in Westchester County, NY.

We are excited to announce that we will again be taking part in Feeding Westchester’s Community Scoop-A-Thon this Fall on #GivingTuesday. Feeding Westchester depends on volunteers and donations to achieve their mission of  ending hunger in Westchester. They source and distribute food and other resources to towns across Westchester, helping to ensure that no-one goes hungry.

Vega will have two teams participate in this fun and friendly food repack competition. Teams will package critical items for families in need across the county as quickly as possible. The team that packs the most pounds will win the Community Scoop Award.

We would love for any and all to join us at this fun event!
