Summer is just around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and the air is filled with the anticipation of all the fun activities that await us at Vega. We can’t wait to welcome our campers back to Echo Lake and we have some exciting new features to make this summer the best one yet!

New Inflatables at Swim

One thing we’re especially excited about is the addition of more inflatable features at our Swim area! This means more opportunities for our campers to splash around and cool off during those hot summer days. We have an exciting lineup of inflatables we will be adding on to our Summit Express slide that are sure to keep the campers and our diligent lifeguards comfortable and everyone having a blast. New Aerial Bridge at Ropes

But that’s not all – we’re also thrilled to announce the construction of a brand new high ropes bridge! This 300-foot aerial bridge, installed by our longtime adventure course partners Vestal’s Gap/Innerquest, will connect the ropes pagoda to the land zip-line platform. It’s going to be an ultimate challenge for our thrill-seeking campers! With views of the lake and surrounding forest, this new addition is sure to be a hit.

There’s no better way to spend your time than by exploring the great outdoors and trying new things. Our counselors are dedicated to creating an environment that is safe, supportive, and fun for everyone. But most importantly, a summer at Camp Vega is all about making memories and building lifelong friendships, and these are a couple of additions that campers can enjoy together.

We can’t wait to see all of our returning campers and to welcome new faces to our Vega family. We know that this summer is going to be an awesome one, and we’re counting down the days until we can all be together again.
